Hummus station:

Prepared to order hummus: Select from fresh ingredients like fresh basil, sun dried tomatoes, black olives, pine nuts, fresh flat leaf parsley, fresh garlic cloves, presented on a bed of fresh spinach with sea salt pita chips.

Guacamole:

Prepared to order guacamole: Select from fresh ingredients like diced plum tomatoes, fresh chopped cilantro, tricolored bell peppers, diced red onions, grated lime zest, fire roasted corn, diced fresh jalapenos, course sea salt, ground tricolor pepper, black beans, served in a half an avocado shell and garnished with crisp tortilla chips.

From assisting in conceiving your event all the way to the last goodbyes, we take care of everything that is required to put on – and pull off – the perfect event. Our designers and planners work with you to create a menu that best speaks to your overall vision, make all arrangements for rental equipment (linens, china, crystal, garden tents, etc.) and coordinate with your venue. Meanwhile, our skilled certified chefs work to carefully create and prepare your menu items using only the freshest and in-season ingredients. Our staff of service professionals will make your guests feel welcome as they hand pass elegant handmade hors d’oeuvres or tend to your guests’ adult beverages. At the end of your function, while you are busy enjoying your guests’ company, we are packaging up any remaining menu items for you, spotlessly cleaning our working and serving areas, and leaving your guests with a memory of excellence. With 15 years in business, we take pride in what we do and we know that you will too.


Unlike many other caterers, we do not mass produce food. Our designers help you create a menu that is specific to your individual tastes, likes and dietary restrictions and then our chefs prepare it fresh for you. As you’ll notice on our menus, we do not require our clients to pick from a list of “A”, “B” or “C” when choosing food. We allow you to create your Perfect menu. You allow us to take care of all the details. It’s Perfect!
